The challenge of climate change demands serious, effective action — not bad policy. I-1631 would force Washington families and businesses to pay more for gasoline, heating, electricity & natural gas, all while exempting the state’s largest polluters. I-1631 is simply bad policy, which is why the growing coalition of citizens, organizations and businesses have joined together to oppose this harmful initiative and urge a NO vote on 1631 on the November ballot.
