Washington State University is partnering with the private sector to build its cred as a leader in sustainable construction. Co-developed by the Seattle-based Avista Utilities and McKinstry, the ongoing Catalyst Building project in Spokane will be part of a longer term study of how to make “green” buildings even friendlier to tenants and the environment.
