The Trust is an association plan co-sponsored by the AGC of Washington, Inland Northwest AGC and AGC of Alaska chapters. AGC of Washington is the recognized safety leader in the commercial construction industry. Our safety services provide AGC members with the tools and information they need to keep themselves and their employees healthy and safe and reduce job site injuries and illnesses.

Group Retro Program

Save time and money with our innovative workers compensation/safety program. It’s designed to help your company save money with industrial-insurance premiums and bid more competitively. When injuries occur, our program can help minimize costs in several different ways. Our program also can help create and maintain safer worksites and improve employee morale.

One-Call legal assistance

We offer a free one-call legal-assistance service. Provided by the AGC Legal Affairs Committee and available to all current AGC members, this membership benefit provides qualified attorneys who can respond to telephone calls from our membership. You can talk with a participating attorney for 10 minutes. After that, it is up to you and the attorney you have called to decide whether you need more assistance and will be billed for any additional time.
