AGC of Washington opposed two bills proposed in the 2024 legislative session: Responsible Bidder/Training Agent (SSB 5133) and Prevailing Wages on Private Projects (SHB 1067). Another bill, HB 2087, was supported by AGCW and aimed to reform and establish statutory processes for competitor objections to the approval of apprenticeship programs.
