AGC and other industry groups have filed an appeal of the U.S. Department of Energy’s new Construction Stormwater General Permit, which became effective Jan. 1. Concerns include unnecessary oversight of offsite work areas, contamination defined as anything above natural background levels and any amount of recycled concrete being subject to sampling requirements.
