AGC of America recently submitted comments on the proposed rules that will govern how the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) contracting method can be used for federal-aid highway projects, in connection to the MAP-21 transportation bill. AGC supports allowing public owners to select the delivery system that best fit their particular needs and the best outcome for the project.
