Good news on the legislative front! Lawmakers are advancing legislation to expedite the environmental clean-up process required to get certain properties back in use. This pair of bills was developed through cooperation between AGCW, the Department of Ecology and developers, all of whom joined together to write up a package that was right for the public health and economic development.
