Developers in Bellingham are preparing to breathe new life into the Armory building at Western Washington University. The university sold the 600,000 sq. ft. century-old, castle-like structure to private investors last year. Early plan ideas suggest the Armory will receive a minor face-lift and a major internal renovation.
