The plan includes more than $125M in assets and is meant for more than 4,000 participants. It’s an excellent tool for retirement savings and it’s easy to receive guidance from qualified retirement planning professionals if you have any questions or concerns about the plan.

• We partner with Northwest Plan Services to ensure integrated plan administration and record-keeping.
• We host regular employee enrollment meetings for new participants.
• We have ongoing education for employees on asset allocation and diversification.
• We allow 24-hour access via phone and the web to account information.
• We also host an annual review meeting with employers and employees.
• We have a call center that can provide answers to all plan-related questions.

Several features of the plan also help it stand out from others that may be offered.

• There are neither set-up feeds or billed costs to employers or their employees.
• The plan is administered by a trustee board, which is made up of contractors and industry professionals. They look at the plan each quarter.
• AGCW has access to the most cost-effective investments through bulk buying power.
• There is a wide range of options – 29 in all – including a full suite of target-retirement date funds.
• Tax savings are made more simple through a prevailing-wage plan design feature.
• Among the options are traditional and Roth 401k, Davis Bacon and profit-sharing plan provisions.
• You don’t have requirements for individual company filing for government use.
• The Form 5500 is prepared and filed by the plan; one less worry for you.
