Construction employment grew in 252 out of 358 metro areas in the past year, according to the AGC of America economics office. The largest percentage gain in employment was right here in Washington thanks to the hard work of all our folks in the Spokane-Spokane Valley metro. With 15 percent growth and a real increase of 2,400 jobs, the construction community of the Spokane area stepped up to the plate and had a huge year!
