We’re putting out the signal once more for construction professionals to tune in and take our survey as part of the Northwest Construction Industry Salary Report. This is a great way for us to track changes in compensation and to help any firm looking to stay competitive and cost-effective on payroll — both essential points as labor markets remain tight-stretched thanks to consistently low unemployment and expanding industry needs.
AGC of Washington represents just a portion of the firms that contribute to this annual study, carried out yet again by Moss Adams. We’ll be getting data to cover employees of all levels from Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana. Once the stats are in, they’ll be compiled into a comprehensive analysis published by AGCW in partnership with our friends at Inland Northwest AGC, Oregon-Columbia Chapter of AGC, Idaho AGC and the Montana Contractors Association.
We’re inviting firms to submit their data through June 21, with a general publication date in October of this year. For a little added bonus, those who participate in our 20-minute survey get a special early release on the report, which we like to think of as a nice head start on the competition.
As always, submitting information for our survey is entirely confidential and will not be published with any indication as to who provided data. We’re looking for a lot of the basics that a company would keep, so looking beyond average salaries and incentives, that’ll include such metrics as annual revenue, current number of full-time-equivalent employees and compensation strategy.
You can find more information and take the survey right now by following this link. This information is a great help for everyone, and with more data, we can be sure to provide you with the best possible strategies for shaping and reshaping your own compensation methods.
