As things warm up, keep ‘em safe

With spring under way, summer isn’t far behind and that means much warmer days on construction sites. Follow these guidelines to keep your team safe:

• Helping them stay hydrated on-site
• Encouraging dress that’s cool, construction-safe and protective of the sun’s rays
• Allowing time for breaks, especially in the hottest parts of the day, and
• Staying vigilant for signs of heat-related illness
